Please visit our website for more details on our vast array of services which include: 1) FILM LAMINATING to one side or two sides up to 60" wide on ten laminators using hot (thermal) and cold (PSA) films in a wide variety of film types and finishes such as matte, satin, and gloss; strip laminating, edge seal and flush cut finishing available. We are experts in laminating to Digital Printing, both sheet fed and wide format. 2) UV COATING to one side or two sides up, edge to edge up to 20" wide in high gloss or “wet look”, satin and matte finishes. 3) MOUNTING any size up to 4 ft x 8 ft onto a wide variety of substrates such as Sintra® PVC Foam Board, Gatorfoam® Board, Fome-Cor® Board, Mightycore® Board, Coroplast®, SBS Board, and Styrene to create Point of Purchase displays, Promotional Magnets, Counter Cards, Mouse Pads to name a few. Back-to-back and one-side mounting with full easel back service and plastic edge/framing are available. 4) DIE CUTTING on seven die cutters, including 30" x 42" Bobst with automated waste stripping unit, 22" x 32" Cylinder Press, 14" x 22" Kluge Foil Stamp die cutter, two Thompson Clamshells, and two Windmills. We die cut custom shapes, double and single wing easels, pocket folders, counter mats, promotional magnets and door hangers with our many house dies or with your die. We’ll handle the details of getting a new custom die made for you and store it on site for your next order. 5) BINDERY includes two Perfect Binders with no minimum order size, specializing in short runs, also Double Wire-O/Twin Loop, Spiral Coil, GBC® Comb & GBC® ProClick, Tape Binding, Post Binding, Saddle Stitching and Padding with durable thermal adhesive. 6) PRINT FINISHING includes two B&R Moll 30" Auto Folder/Gluers/Tapers to do Box Converting with Auto Bottom Box feature, Pocket Folders with gusset fold up to 1" thick, and auto feeder for Tip-On Cards; Scott 10000 Tabber with 16 Banks, 17 colors available to Mylar reinforce Tabs, the Bound Edge, and 3 Hole Punch; Collating/Gathering on 14 Pocket High Speed Collator; Paper Cutting up to 54” on three guillotine cutters, Perforating, Scoring, and Creasing; Right Angle Folding and Perforating on MBO Standing Folder, Foil Stamping, Eyeletting, Grommeting, Corner Rounding, Paper Drilling, high speed precision Paper Punching on our Alpha-Doc®, Custom Hand Assembly; Pick, Pack and Blind Ship; Fulfillment Center. 7) SPECIAL TAPING with eight tape heads available to apply two sided pressure sensitive transfer tape to substrates ranging from Easels to printed sheets. 8) EASELS are all die cut in-house and we stock a wide variety of Easel sizes in both double and single wing styles for making Counter Cards for use by Retail Stores, Trade Shows, Car Parts Stores and Banks. 9) CLASSIC WOOD PLAQUES, the highest quality plaques available, will transform your printed piece such as awards, diplomas, trade magazine articles and advertisements; restaurant reviews, photographs and more into a true keepsake to commemorate your achievement and protect it for years to come. 10) SUPPLIES including Beaded Chains, Lanyards, Snap Rings, and 20 different types of Clips, Pins and Magnets for Name Badge applications.
