What is your primary product or service?
Swimming pool, hot tub and water feature services, repairs and maintenance along with aquatic facility management and lifeguard staffing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Needed a summer job. Worked for a pool builder for three years. Saw an opportunity to service and maintain these pools on a professional level - something sorely lacking in the local industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Very proactive, high end, professional services. Yes, we cost more than almost all other pool service companies. Yes, you really do get what you pay for. Providing safety and peace of mind.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Cleveland and Columbus are operational, we are currently exploring opportunities in Cincinnati.

Cash, Checks, M/C Visa and checking account debits.
Which areas do you service?
Greater Cleveland and all of NE Ohio as well as Greater Columbus.

Owner is David J. Hastings General Manager for Service Department is Rick Norris and Kevin Kreeger for Aquatics Department.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon - Fri 6:30 am - 6:00 pm. Sat and Sun 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

That they love the way their pool looks and that they valued the service we provided them.
