We have been in business since 1979.
What is your primary product or service?
We are in the employee assessment business. We help companies hire people who are the right fit and personality for their culture and specific job requirements.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I gain a great deal of satisfaction from helping people and companies be successful. In school I loved taking business and psychology courses. I decided to combine these two areas of interest and pursued a career in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology. I have a Ph.D in I/O Psychology. When I graduated from college, I became a professor at a major University in the School of Business. Afterwards, I became a consultant to business and industry. I have owned my own consulting and internet companies for the past 24 years. I specialize in using assessments to help companies hire, develop, and coach employees and leaders at all levels of the company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have focused on developing innovative products and services to assist companies in reducing their hiring mistakes We do this by helping organizations hire people who are the right match for their companies. We have worked with many large organizations over the years. In the past ten years, we have focused our attention in helping small to mid-size companies benefit from are services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a Cleveland company that works with companies across the United States and Canada. We also work internationally with companies in Europe and Asia.
