How long have you been in business?
The facility opened in July 2003. The current management team has been with LACENTRE since November 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a Catering and Conference Facility hosting events of 10 people to 1,000 people. We provide wonderful facilities, food and service to our guests and help to ensure an extraordinary experience. We also offer off-site catering to all of Northeast Ohio.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew into the role of Director of Sales after being at this LACENTRE since the original management team in 2003. I have grown with this company and am proud of what it has become. Before this position, I worked for the Ritz Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation in Georgia. I am a graduate of Miami University of Oxford, Ohio.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on offering a product that cannot be match in Cleveland. Our chef is renowned throughout the Cleveland area and takes great pride in creating a personalized menu with our guests that rivals any restaurant in Northeast Ohio. Our facility is a state of the art facility that has a technical infrastructure for event production that no other facility can match. Lastly, our personalized service and ability to work with each of our guests to customize their events has broken LACENTRE out of the cookie-cutter mold that most Event Facilities fall under.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our coporation is Eagle Golf. We are based out of Dallas, Texas and have facilities all around the country. Our corporation is always looking to grow and expand in the Golf, Country Club and Event Management industries. Local sister properties include Signature of Solon, Weymouth Country Club and Fox Meadow

We are located in Westlake just off of Interstate 90. Take the Columbia Road (State Rout 252) Exit on I-90 (Exit #159) Go South on Columbia Road Turn Right on Detroit Road (State Route 254) LACENTRE is 500 feet down on the left

Which areas do you service?
We service all of Northeast Ohio with on-site and off-site catering and events.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We have an on-site management team from our General Manager to our Department heads. We are overseen by the corporate office and we work together to ensure success.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-2 Events are held at all times and all days.
