How long have you been in business?
Logic Pro Inc. has been providing computer sales and services for over 12 years since May 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell, service and consult on computers, networks, internet projects, websites and other IT related work. We also provide training and custom programming services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a computer programmer since 1983 and have worked in the IT industry since 1988. I have been a self-employed IT business owner since 1989.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our experience in the IT field and our attention to taking care of our customers by providing the service they want with the care for their data and equipment that it demands.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We travel to businesses all around the Northeast Ohio area and also provide remote services to businesses as far away as California to Florida to New York.

We are not a retail business, we provide IT services to your place of business or residence as well as remotely via the internet.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card and paypal as acceptable forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
We are a worldwide provider using IT technology for remote access.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our president and CEO is Walter P. Ryder, who has been in the IT industry since 1989 and runs our daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our customers depending on the urgency and the need of the project.
