How long have you been in business?
Three years. Cuyahoga Computers used to be two small companies, Grimm Repair, and MB Designs.
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily we repair desktop and laptop computers. We provide many other services though.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been working with computers almost my whole life, learning how they work, how they are built, how to maintain them, and perform the repairs when necessary. I started building and fixing computers for friends. They always told me I should get into the business so that's why Grimm Repair was founded.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I charge less then half as my competition does. I also provide quick and friendly work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location for now. We do plan to move to a bigger place.

For right now it is just a home office.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash and Money order. Credit is accepted through paypal.

Mark Bassett is the owner of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
All day. When someone contacts me with what they need done, I get right on it.
