How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was always interested in insects and rodents and how to eradicate them.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am very interested in what customers have to say. I'm a good listener and always happy to answer questions. My prices are lower than all the big companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I service customers all over northeast Ohio.
