Master Jim Holz began training in T'ai Chi Ch'uan in 1982. In 1985 he began training in the Yang Style of T'ai Chi Ch'uan under Grandmaster William C.C. Chen in New York City. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in teaching only T'ai Chi. Class sizes are 8 to 10 people maximum in order to teach this art well and provide individual attention to our students. People with physical limitations such as arthritis or Parkinson's Disease are given alternate methods to perform Tai Chi movements and are able to receive many benefits through regular practice. We always like to hear how people's bodies have become more flexible with Tai Chi practice. It's wonderful to see positive changes in people's attitudes and movements with their daily or weekly practice of this graceful and beneficial martial art. With a goal of helping people recover from debilitating pain and stress, our Center looks forward to becoming an oasis of wellness.
