How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I liked to learn about Integrated Pest Management in college while studying horticulture. Then I started doing it at my full time job at NASA Glenn Research Center. I really started enjoying helping people working at garden centers. Pest control is pretty similar. I like helping people the right way.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My pest control business is my passion. When you hire my company you don't get a technician that half hazardly treats your home. You get a nonjudgmental person that wants to do everything he can, in the safest way possible to treat your home for pests
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one. We are growing slowly but wisely for good reason.
